AI Stock is an AI-powered investment analysis platform that generates automated stock analysis reports for publicly traded companies. Our services include: global stock market search, AI-generated financial analysis, professional PDF report generation, credit-based usage system, and subscription plans. We cover major markets including US stocks (NYSE, NASDAQ), Hong Kong stocks (HKEX), and China A-shares (SSE, SZSE, BSE) with over 12,600 companies. We use third-party payment processors Stripe and Paddle for secure payment processing. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time with notice to users.

You must provide accurate, complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining account security, including password confidentiality. Prohibited activities include any illegal activities or violations of others' rights. Prohibited attempts to hack, attack, or interfere with our systems and services. Prohibited spreading false information or malicious operations.

AI Stock, our platform, algorithms, design, and proprietary technology are protected by intellectual property rights. Generated reports are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish reports without permission. You retain ownership of any original content you provide (account information, feedback). We retain rights to our AI models, algorithms, and platform technology. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive our algorithms is strictly prohibited. Trademarks, logos, and brand names displayed on our platform are our property or used with permission.

We value your privacy protection and commit to collecting, using, and protecting your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. We adopt industry-standard security measures to protect your data security. We will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Prohibited use of our service for any illegal activities. Prohibited spreading false information or malicious operations. Prohibited attempts to hack, attack, or interfere with our systems. Prohibited violation of any applicable laws and regulations.

You may stop using our services and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. After account termination, you will lose access to all generated reports and account data. Termination does not affect the rights and obligations of either party arising before termination.
